Okay, let's try and see if this works. This asset models this scene of the Giant Robo OVA. Technique: Big Bang PunchGuiding Aspect: The Human BombRefresh: 1 Features: [10] Exceptional (attack hits all targets in the zone), Harmful 6, Focus 2 (+2 Fighter) Flaws: [9] Consuming, (Time: One scene, Effort: A Great (+4) profession roll), Limited (once per session), Situational (only as a last resort measure). I think my math is wrong. At any rate, an actual player would never want an asset like this. Too many prerequisites, too many flaws. I'd give it a shot, though. Especially if I could make a punch heard around the world.

There are a few concerns with the build, specifically with the Flaws, but I think the Features could be cleaned up a bit.
Exceptional: Hits all targets in a zone. That's perfect, and exactly how I would have built it. However, I think that a big part of that punch from the video is the area effect. I would add another Exceptional Feature: And neighboring zones.
Harmful 6 is...difficult to hit. You'll have to exceed your target's total by 6 shifts to take effect of the entire amount (and since this affects everyone in a zone, they'll all get to roll. Can you beat everyone in a zone (and the neighboring zones) by six shifts? Possibly, but with how much the ability costs to use, I'd want better insurance.
Focus 2: +2 Fighter. Obviously perfect right here. What I would do is take 2 points from Harmful, above, and add it to here, increasing this to Focus 4 (+4 Fighter), and Harmful becomes 4 (much easier to hit, especially with the increased Fighter).
Consuming is good, perfect, actually. I would suggest, instead of the Situational Flaw (when do you decide it's a last resort? what needs to happen before you consider the situation that dire?), use another application or two of Consuming.
Demanding (One Scene) will be quite difficult with this (impossible), as you will have to go the entire scene prepping it (pretty representative of the genre, actually, but the scene isn't over until the bad guys are taken out, and you can't fight them while you're charging this).
Limited is good.

I do like it a lot more. I hadn't thought of adding another Exceptional trapping.
Also, can we change the thread name to 'Giant Robo: The Day The Earth Stood Still'? That's pretty much all I plan on doing here.
